Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans to ensure the future success of the business in rapidly changing market place. 2. Deliver the Sales strategy, sales and margins in line with budgeted product volumes and mix. 3. Monitor product range development, pricing, promotional activity and distribution development as appropriate for this market. 4. Drive the New Product Development Program through the identification of new product opportunities to help sustain a ompetitive advantage working across all functions in the business and with external bodies as necessary. 5. Develop an in depth understanding of the needs of specifiers and architects to ensure business alignment with customer requirements. 6. Develop sales growth of primary products and spares through the merchant channels. 7. Supervise and train distributors and sales force to achieve sales targets. 8. Pursue, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales for key prospects. |
