Key Responsibilities & Performance Measures
Key Responsibilities Key Performance Measures
?Responsible for the development and management of flagship/hero products integrated launch campaign from concept development to master assets delivery across TVC, press, print, digital as well assets for social media and engagement activities
?Manage all agencies brief and response as well as collaboration process between global lead agency and BTL, PR, Media agency (may have digital, social media) to come up with agreed integrated communication strategy and activation plan across different disciplines; 
?Work closely with GTM team to ensure inputs are received in time and outputs are delivered in time
?Manage communications between HQ, as well as regions to update campaign development progress, ensure the process is in place for localization and quality control; 
?Responsible for campaign guideline development and adaptation/transcreation for the markets; ensure the process is in place for localization and quality control; 
?Organize campaign evaluation between agency and client side to ensure all the learnings will be applied to future projects. 
?Manage project status meeting with agencies to ensure project is on time and on quality
?Produce campaign communication material/presentation to ensure all relevant parties are on the same page regarding the campaign itself and status
?The quality of campaign is well received by consumers, and as well as internally in countries/regions (feedback/comment in social media/online)
?All campaign assets are delivered in agreed timeline
?Ad tracking shows above average metrics (advertising research)
?The communication with regions/cross functions is in timely manner and is with high professionalism
?Positive feedback from agency on briefing, feedback, project management, and communications etc. 
 

Job Qualification Competency 
?Knowledgeable in 360 integrated campaign development and management. 
?Demonstrate the expertise in branding, advertising as well as demonstrating good understanding of digital, social media as well as retail and PR
?Excellent project management skill
?Excellent communication/interpersonal skills 
?Driven, dedicated, possess “can do” attitude
?Able to work under pressure and tight deadline yet maintain calm and positive attitude
?Can work independently to make things happen
?Open-minded to embrace different cultures
 
Professional Knowledge & Experience 
?Over 7 years of Marcom or campaign management experiences; 
?Telecom, consumer electronics sector, or FMCG are preferred but not a must
?Has experiences working in global or regional capacity; 
 
Education 
?Master preferred 
?Will also consider Bachelor degree
 
Computer/Language Skills 
?Good computer skill (PPT, EXCEL, WORD)
?Excellent English speaking 
?Willing to learn Mandarin if required
