Lean Manager/ TEOA Manager
Responsibility:
1. Planning and Budgeting (i)Define and implement site TEOA strategy in order to continuous drive company performance (ii)Set up and implement department budget and plan, and monitor the achievement; allocate department target to subordinates and monitor their performance;
2. Policies and Procedures (i)Review the implementation of company's TEOA policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the TEOA team members. (ii)Review and approve the internal relative procedures in order to ensure the procedure effectively.
3. People Management and Development (i) Allocate and balance work across direct reports. (ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports. (iii)Coach, develop and motivate direct reports (iv) Resolve people issues in the team, in order to achieve targeted department performance
4.Project Preparation (i) Identify improvement opportunity and provide proposal to assign champion and Leader. (ii) Review the project plans; (iii) Oversee and monitor the key milestones of the projects and provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to resolve project issues; and (iv) Participate the key project review meetings.in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets
5.Project Diagnosis and Design (i)Review and provide technical support to the project leader in order to ensure the disgnosis accuracy. (ii) Review the project deployment plan and provide suggestion on tools selection.
6.Project Implementation (i)Review the key project deliverables and provide technical suggestions to implementation issues; Hold regular review meeting with top management and project champion and leader. (ii)Hold regular review meeting with top management, project champion and leader present the key achievement and obstacles which need support.
7.Operation Standardization (i)Oversee the accomplishment of the operational standardization work; follow up and drive the deployment of the project achievement in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements. (ii)Regular review the performace of quality,inventory, delivery , productivity and TRIR/LTIR in order to ensure sustain well
8.Training (i)Coodinate or lead relative training course in order to strengthen team and deploy TEOA knowledge. (ii)Design or optimize training material.
Requirement: (i)Bachelor degree in science or engineering (ii)7 years work experience(4 years process reengineering related, 3 years management (iii) Innovation, communication skill,organization skill, leadership,management skill, fluent English listen,spoken, read and written skill |
