Marketing Director
Essential Responsibilities
Develop annual marketing strategy ; implement plans of product promotion; assist in the development and implementation of the annual business plan.
Develop the sale plan and the promotion strategy of new products; organize and implement various marketing activities; fulfill company’s sales tasks.
Teach the staff how to provide both domestic and overseas sales departments with the related sales tools.
Execute the plan of training; organize the training to the employees, agents and clinical customers.
Establish KOL network; maintain the relationship with large hospitals as the VIP customers and develop them.
Establish marketing information database, refresh the marketing status, and regularly issue analysis.
Be responsible for establishing, maintaining the company brand image, Execute the strategy.
Be responsible for the product's pricing and the promotion policy.
Work with R&D department and Registration department to provide the information about R&D or clinical practice to assist in the completion of new products to domestic and overseas registered.
Be responsible for marketing expense budget and control.
In charge of tendering and bidding of nationwide, moreover achieving the permission and reasonable price into medical market.
Be responsible for team building and management, to ensure the efficient operation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in clinical medicine.
Good communication and people skills; keen marketing awareness; be versed in windows/office software.
Fluent in English & Chinese, both oral and written; can use English in daily work.
5+ years' marketing experience; 3+ years in leadership roles in manager of product.
Good knowledge of clinical medicine, marketing and production. The surgical field is preferred, Clinical experience is better.
