Experience: - Minimum 12 years experience in recruitment with: 3 years in major multi-national 2 years in recruiting foreign nationals including travel overseas for recruitment process
Education - University Degree
Skills & Job Competencies - Responsible for Impactiva’s entire recruitment activities - Learn and execute Impactiva’s leading-edge recruitment process - Design the Company’s recruitment strategy which must include ? the development of a network of recruiting sources throughout several countries in Asia ? conduct job fairs throughout India/China with the goal of establishing THE database of CVs for our industries - Establish goals and KPIs for the recruiting department and make sure they are achieved - Developing links with institutes to attract the best candidates - Lead, manage and coach the Recruiting Coordinators - Perform industry remuneration surveys - Software: install recruiting software to automate the recruitment department’s back-office - Very good written and spoken English - Excellent computer skills: outlook, word, excel | |
