Responsible for customer quality complaint and return. Responsible for process & product quality performance. Developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system. Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. Responsible for customer audit and external parties on matters relating to the quality system audit. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality system are established, implemented and maintained. Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality system and needs for improvement. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Monitor and measure processes and product against policies, objective and requirements for the product and report the results. Obtaining results of process and product performance and effectiveness Continuous improvement of processes based on objective measurementEstablish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements. New Program qualification Lead plant on customer qualification and approval process Lead cross functional team on quality problem solving Report weekly, monthly, quarterly on external and internal Key Performance Index, quality status. Perform additional assignment assign by his/her supervisor
9 years quality working experience in EMS for OEM/ODM, including 6 years as a management position. 4 years quality management experience in TS16949 products and PCBA process is a MUST. Strong problem analysing and solving skills Smart PC skills Proficient in both oral and written English is a MUST Train and coach skills to engineers Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment. |
