1.主要負(fù)責(zé)將美國那邊的產(chǎn)線轉(zhuǎn)移過來深圳工廠，進(jìn)行改善，生產(chǎn)
2.英語口語流利，需要對接美國總部
工作內(nèi)容：
Communicate throughout the organization to get good progress of each cost project in order for target to be achieved on time.
Work closely with engineering team/vendor/sales/PM including customer in getting the right and clear plan to execute targeted cost down
Lead the team to come up with incremental cost down concept / feasibility study, involve design review meeting, documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and achievement.
Technical support to vendor, conduct necessary test, engineering analysis. Interacts with vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.
Daily/Weekly cost down review and report
要求：
University degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required More than 10 years working experience in high speed connector or consumer industries in technology field, including 3-5 years’ experience in the same position.
Detail oriented, able to work under pressure Fluent spoken English
Experience of engineering project management
Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work
Basic knowledge in machining, molding, stamping, plating, cable assembly process. Solidworks or AutoCAD software skills with solid working experience Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate skill Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
Master of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Effective problem solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks. |
