產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理Product Manager |
|
職責(zé): Actively participate in Product Line Team activities to have a firm foothold on the market place and contribute to the overall increase in market share, revenue and profit targets Involved in development of strategies, product line performance setting, and direction communication with Product Line Team and Business Line Group Play the role of Business Plan Owner for the Product Line in PFT through: Life cycle management/rationalization, PCNs Cost, pricing, and margin management Involvement in Product Extension projects and PACE leadership Setting lead-time and delivery performance targets Provide sales support in terms of quotation, product documentation in website, implementation of sample strategy, sample box kits launch and press release Work closely with design / development/ production team on manufacturing capability, requirements, capacity, costing and quality of manufacturing services to ensure competitive new products are introduced timely to the market Initiate AR justification to new product development and product extension by rationalizing investment versus business potentials, risks analysis, optimize ROI and EBITDA Keep abreast of the market situation (current conditions and future trends) and contribute in the recommendation of product line positioning to be ahead of the competition Provide regular updates to business line group and GPMM on status of the product line business plans Fully target site KPIs for sales revenues achievement, product margin improvement on cost reduction driving, negative margin improvement, and design win and shorten response time to quote.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Electronics or Engineering Must have at least 5 years of product marketing experience as a preferred candidate. Exposure in multi-national hi-tech sales / marketing environment is preferred Must have at least 5 years of project management and engineering experience of Connector industry Must understand manufacturing processes Familiarity of indigenous business transaction in Asia Pacific countries Basic knowledge of ISO14001
SKILLS REQUIRED : Proficiency in English & Mandarin Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to consolidate input to formulate plan suited to company's objectives Strong leadership skills
PERSONALITY TRAIT : Good interpersonal skills Willingness to be stationed in the plant in Nantong |
